Who we are

Change Partners Finland’s mission is to improve change capability in Finnish organisations. We support organizations in building change capability and individual change management competencies with training, coaching and consulting.

Change Partners Finland belongs to the group of Change Partners companies located in Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania. Change Partners is the Primary Affiliate for Prosci in Finland and Baltic countries. We deliver training programs and advisory services in change management based on Prosci’s research on best practices in change management.

Based on more than 25 years of research, the Prosci methodology provides a structured process and easy-to-use tools to prepare yourself and your organization for successful change. Prosci Change Management Certification Program is the most widely attended change management certification in the world with more than 100 000 participants in the world and already over 450 in Finland.

Every third of the top 100 largest Finnish companies already uses Prosci methodology to increase the ROI in their change initiatives.
