The Leadership Pipeline model is based on a framework originally developed by Walter R. Mahler and later further advanced by Ram Charan, Stephen Drotter, and James Noel. Their work laid the foundation for a model that enables organizations to build and strengthen their internal leadership culture.<\/p>\n

The Leadership Pipeline Institute and its partners are the leading implementers of this framework globally.
