Who we are


Change Partners Finland’s mission is to improve leadership and change capability in Finnish organisations. We support organizations in building leadership and change capabilities through training, coaching and advisory.

Change Partners Finland belongs to the group of Change Partners companies located in Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania.

Together with our partners, Prosci and the Leadership Pipeline Institute, we can provide services almost anywhere in the world, even in the local language.

Change Capability Development

Change Partners operates as the official Affiliate to Prosci, the global leader in change management, in Finland and the Baltic countries.

Prosci’s Global Affiliate Network partners are a trusted group of independent change management businesses who share Prosci’s values of delivering change done right for our clients through exceptional consulting, training and resources.

Approved Partners are closely vetted by Prosci and may deliver the full suite of Prosci solutions as a true extension of our global team. Prosci’s authorized network of trusted partners covers the Middle East and Africa, Central, Eastern and Northern Europe, and Asia.

Leadership Development

Change Partners is the official partner of the Leadership Pipeline Institute in Finland and the Baltics.

The Leadership Pipeline model is based on a framework originally developed by Walter R. Mahler and later further advanced by Ram Charan, Stephen Drotter, and James Noel. Their work laid the foundation for a model that enables organizations to build and strengthen their internal leadership culture.

The Leadership Pipeline Institute and its partners are the leading implementers of this framework globally. Our expertise covers the definition, assessment, selection, and development of both leadership and expert roles, all the way to building a sustainable leadership architecture.
