Change Partners Finland’s mission is to improve leadership and change capability in Finnish organisations. We support organizations in building leadership and change capabilities through training, coaching and advisory.

Change Partners is the Primary Affiliate for Prosci in Finland and Baltic countries. We deliver training programs and advisory services in change management based on Prosci’s research on best practices in change management.
Based on more than 25 years of research, the Prosci methodology provides a structured process and easy-to-use tools to prepare yourself and your organization for successful change. Prosci Change Management Certification Program is the most widely attended change management certification in the world with more than 150 000 participants in the world and already over 600 in Finland.
Already every third of the top 100 largest Finnish companies already uses Prosci methodology to increase the ROI in their change initiatives. Through our global network we are able serve customers all over the world. The same change management training or change workshop can be delivered anywhere in the world and even in local language.
Change Partners is also the only official partner of the Leadership Pipeline Institute in Finland and the Baltic countries. The Leadership Pipeline model is based on a framework developed by Walter R. Mahler, which was later further developed by Ram Charan, Stephen Drotter, and James Noel. Their work laid the foundation for a model that organizations can use to build and strengthen their internal leadership culture.
