Riikka Jakovuori

Riikka is a dynamic business leader, change professional, and executive coach with 20+ years of experience in company culture, strategy, leadership, and organizational transformation. 

She is Prosci certified in change management and an expert advisor in Prosci methodologies; also an accredited trainer and executive coach (ACC). Riikka partners with leadership and change teams to solve complex challenges and deliver impactful, results-driven solutions.
